As in the previous sequel, the movie Fast 5 will also feature a return by the action, starring Vin Diesel. Of course this will miss the fans treat the sense of the film with scenes of this exciting and thrilling. Vin Diesel as the figure has become a spirit which must always exist in this film. Thus, in some previous sequels have seemed the tasteless when he non-active in it. In fact, according to some observers, it is very disappointing as a whole does not include Diesel in this movie. Like when on 2 Fast 2 Furious, then on The Fast and The Furious: Tokyo Drift, which negates all the old players and use the new players. But all that disappointment will end when the release of the film with the theme of cars and action scenes is the fifth.

Fast Five tells the story of Brian O'Connor (Paul Walker) and his girlfriend who is also brother Dom, Mia (Jordana Brewster) is located in Rio de Janiero, Brazil, to meet with their old friend, Vince (Matt Schulze). There also they finally met again with Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) who recently escaped and fugitive status. The three of them finally agreed to the new tasks provided by Vince, namely helping the mafia no.1 in Brazil, Hernan Reyes (Joaquim de Almeida). But there is something odd in the mission, until finally Dom decided to do the mission 'suicide' which if successful could change all their lives. To realize this mission can not be just the three of them, they gathered old friends for help and later the results obtained will be shared equally. Of course the amount they were after a very very big, but it's also coupled with enormous consequences as well. Moreover, Dom and his friends are looking for the FBI, who sent their best man, Luke Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson).

Fast Five is present as a pure entertainment movie, do not have to think while watching, just enjoy the flow of action scenes there. A lot of the dialogue that makes the audience laugh, it also increased the value of a plus. There may be some people, especially men of automotive enthusiasts were disappointed that the Fast Five times this does not present a super cool cars as before. But for people who are not too mempermasalah, the Fast Five is really a satisfying spectacle especially when watched in widescreen.

Minister Rufus Scrimgeour addresses the wizarding media stating that the Ministry of Magic will remain strong as Lord Voldemort gains power throughout the Wizarding and Muggle worlds. Severus Snape arrives at Malfoy Manor to inform Lord Voldemort and his Death Eaters of Harry's departure from No. 4 Privet Drive. Voldemort commandeers Lucius Malfoy's wand, as Voldemort's own wand cannot be used to kill Harry. Meanwhile, the Order of the Phoenix arrive at Privet Drive and escort Harry to safety using Polyjuice Potion to create six decoy Harrys. During their flight to the Burrow they are ambushed by Death Eaters, resulting in the deaths of Mad-Eye Moody and Hedwig. Voldemort attempts to kill Harry with Malfoy's wand, but fails. At the Burrow, Harry has a vision of Ollivander being tormented by Voldemort, who claims that the wand-maker had lied to him by informing him of the only way to kill Harry: obtaining another's wand.

Scrimgeour arrives at the Burrow and distributes items from Albus Dumbledore's will to Ron, Hermione and Harry. Ron receives Dumbledore's Deluminator; Hermione, The Tales of Beedle the Bard; and Harry is given the Golden Snitch. It's revealed that Harry was also willed to receive the Sword of Godric Gryffindor, however Scrimgeour states that the sword is an important historical artifact and is not eligible to be given away.

Later, the wedding of Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour is disrupted by Death Eaters, who have infiltrated the Ministry and are using its authority to persecute Muggle-born witches and wizards. The trio disapparate to London and find sanctuary at No. 12 Grimmauld Place. There they discover that the "R.A.B." from the false Horcrux locket is Regulus Arcturus Black, the younger brother of Sirius Black. From Kreacher, the Black's house-elf, they learn that Mundungus Fletcher stole the real locket. Kreacher and Dobby apprehend Fletcher, who reveals that the locket is in the possession of Dolores Umbridge. Under the disguise of Polyjuice Potion, the trio infiltrate the Ministry and successfully retrieve the locket, escaping into the wilderness.



Unable to destroy the Horcrux, they take turns wearing it in order to dilute its negative psychological effects. Harry sees a vision of Voldemort interrogating Gregorovitch, a renowned wand-maker who claims that a teenage boy had once stolen the legendary Elder Wand from his shop. Voldemort then begins a search for the thief. While Ron wears the locket, he is overcome with the suspicion that Harry and Hermione are forming a romantic relationship. As a result, under the mistaken assumption that Hermione has rejected him, he abandons them in anger. Harry and Hermione then visit Godric's Hollow where they seek Bathilda Bagshot, the historian who may have the Sword of Gryffindor, which they believe will destroy Horcruxes. However, they are instead cornered by Voldemort's snake, Nagini, and barely escape. Harry's wand is broken. Hermione identifies the mysterious thief seen in Harry's vision as Gellert Grindelwald.

When evening falls, Harry sees a doe patronus which leads him to a frozen pond. Gryffindor's sword is beneath the ice. Harry enters the pool through the ice to reach the sword. The locket around his neck attempts to strangle him, but Ron returns to rescue him. Ron eventually overcomes the locket's power, smashing it with the sword.


The trio then visit Xenophilius Lovegood to learn about a symbol seen several times on their journey. They learn that the symbol represents the quest for the Deathly Hallows: the Elder Wand, the Resurrection Stone and the Cloak of Invisibility. Lovegood betrays them to the Death Eaters in an effort to have his kidnapped daughter returned. Harry envisions Voldemort learning from Grindelwald that the Elder Wand lies with Dumbledore. The trio are captured and taken to Malfoy Manor. Bellatrix Lestrange imprisons Harry and Ron in a cellar in which they discover Luna, Ollivander, and Griphook the goblin. She tortures Hermione for information on how they found the sword, which was supposedly in her vault at Gringotts. After Dobby apparates to save them, a short battle ensues, and Harry duels with Draco and defeats him. Dobby is killed by Bellatrix as the protagonists escape. Voldemort breaks into Dumbledore's tomb and takes the Elder Wand.

In the early 1980s, we were treated to a classic Chinese movie which phenomenal. The film is titled Shaolin. The main actors in this film is Jet Li.Film also that catapulted the name of Jet Li as a top actor in China, even the world. This classic film presents the fierce yet beautiful battles of Shaolin monks. Trying to repeat the success of similar, director Benny Chan, this movie re-released with different packaging and design. Of course, also changes to the main actors and the design of the battle that less than usual. The main actor is given to Andy Lau, and paired with Jackie Chan and Nicholas Tse. The big difference from the earlier film is the quality of acting is more mature, with a few battle scenes and fights. The players are already familiar, the plot is easy diebak, shaolin temple design with a beautiful setting, makes this film truly be an interesting treat.This film in the early 20th century, where a warlord named Hou Jie (Andy Lau) have never thought about the people and always be selfish, arrogant and conceited. From the beginning of this film emang not give a war and fight scenes for entertaining audiences, but the quality of acting from his players. Janusz innocent and believe that his wife had been tortured finally decided to take a big decision, which escaped from the Gulag. Together with some friends the same boat, they made various plans to run away as far as 4000 miles from the mountains of Siberia to India to attain freedom.
Value more than this movie is based on a true story. The story of this film shows the struggle without despair. It is seen as Janusz and friends escape from the Gulag struggling through various obstacles that exist but do not despair. They still struggle when it comes to melewatti iceberg (Siberia), desert (Mongolian), Tibet, to India. They feel hypotermia, dehydration, hunger, thirst, but the spirit they beat all the pain.
It is not wrong if dubbed as director Peter Weir's brilliant. Some movie ever working on like the Dead Poets Society (1989), Fearless (1993), The Truman Show (1998), and Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World (2003) is a very tangible results. So is the movie garapannya this time. It was an impressive movie!

The Social Network itself describes how Facebook started on the basis of chance conducted by Mark Zuckerberg (Jesse Eisenberg) when creating a website in an attempt to release his anger on Erica Albright (Rooney Mara), a former girlfriend who had just decided himself that night. This of course makes Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss into a rage because he thought Mark had stolen their brilliant ideas. Especially when it is released to the public, Facebook was able to achieve little market in a short amount of time. At the same time, up and then grew into a company with a bright future. Growth up himself then affect Mark's relationship with his best friend, Eduardo Saverin (Andrew Garfield), which is also listed as one of the founders of Facebook. Various personal and legal problems is then colored up in its development into one of the largest Internet sites in the world.
Unfortunately, towards the end, the story of The Social Network as a story slowly feels exhausting and filled with scenes that are too ordinary when compared with scenes from the story that had been outlined at the beginning. Attention script a story that originally centered on the character of Mark Zuckerberg also split to several supporting characters that really do not need to be described in detail. Even so, slowly, the script work of Sorkin and then managed to increase the intensity back to a satisfactory ending.
From the acting department, Fincher did a very good decision to give a major role in this film to Jesse Eisenberg. As a skilled director, Darren Aronofsky has managed to combine a sentimental film about the drama and beauty of sacrifice and tragedy that will attack the psychology of the audience. The film tells about a world that is very competitive but very quiet, which ballet company in New York. In the tradition of ballet there is a supreme achievement that was highlighted and ideal for all athletes ballet, the Black Swan. The movie is in fact a remake of a little known French thriller from 2005 called "Anthony Zimmer," and yes, for those keeping track, this is the second American remake of a recent French thriller in the last month. Be as it may, the movie starts off well enough as we meet Jolie's Elise Clifton-Ward, a mysterious dragon lady who seems to be Scotland Yard's only connection to a wanted thief named Alexander Peirce. As the story begins, she receives a message from the enigmatic man without a face to find a tourist to pretend to be him in order to throw the police off his track, but the gangster Peirce stole money from is also still looking for him. When Elise meets Depp's Frank Tupelo on a train, he seems like the perfect patsy, and the game of seduction and pursuit begins in earnest once all of the parties converge on Venice.
The biggest problem with "The Tourist" is that the superstar pairing have absolutely zero chemistry, so the very essence of what may have the film appealing to moviegoers--the thought of two mega-superstars getting romantic on screen--is completely absent. As often as the movie tries to capitalize on Jolie's looks, it doesn't quite have Depp's usual charm and personality. We've become so enured to seeing Johnny Depp playing wild over-the-top scenery-chewing characters that when he plays an average guy, it's quite boring because the character lacks all the charm and personality that makes Depp such a presence on screen. In fact, while it's very easy to figure out what Frank sees in Elise, it's not quite clear what she sees in him because he's kind of a hapless schmoe who is way out of his league. The fact that a former James Bond like Timothy Dalton offers more charisma in his two or three brief appearances makes you realize why Depp might be better off sticking to the eccentric characters with wigs and prosthetics.
The minimal action isn't very impressive either, from Depp's character running across a rooftop in pajamas to a slow boat chase and other lame stunts that could have easily been handled by Depp without the need of a stunt double. Jolie doesn't get too involved in any of it except to steer the boat looking gorgeous during the chase. It's disappointing that we see none of the fierceness she's displayed in "Salt" and "Mr. & Mrs. Smith," instead glamming it up with a number of costume changes and turning into the "damsel in distress" character that should be below her.
The script, which includes contributions from two Oscar winners, is filled with so many movie clichés it's not particularly hard to figure out the "big twist" from the very get-go, but it's just more proof of the laziness involved in making an action thriller that doesn't stand up to other films in the genre. Still, one can't help but be impressed by marketing that makes the movie look fun and exciting, of which it is neither.

The Craigslist Killer case--which found an unsteady ending only five months ago, when Phillip Markoff (Greek's Jake McDorman) committed suicide in his jail cell--reminded us that just because the Internet gives easy access to strangers, it doesn't ensure the emotional stability of its inhabitants.
Lifetime's flick primarily takes place in the months leading up to the wedding of Phillip and Megan McAllister (Agnes Bruckner, Private Practice), two bright-eyed med students at Boston University.
Their romance seems picture-perfect: After a speedy courtship, they're engaged to be married, with Megan setting up a wedding website complete with countdown and picking out china, while Phillip starts to get serious cold feet. We quickly learn that not only can he not handle his impending nuptials, but that he has a twisted problem with all women. (Perhaps some of the red flags should have been raised by Phillip's non-Millennial behavior: worrying about exclusivity after one kiss, projecting ahead 60 years on the first date.)
Unbeknownst to his fiancée--who is unfortunately portrayed as something of a dumb blonde--he spends late-night sessions with wine and the Erotic Services section of Craigslist. He blows off steam by meeting women at hotels, where he ties them up and steals their panties. But when one woman, Julissa Brisman, fights back, he kills her in a panic. So begins the increasingly violent and reckless behavior that tips off the detective assigned to the case (William Baldwin) to catch Phillip.
Where the Lifetime adaptation of this shocking tale missteps is in the portrayals of its stars. I will say, Phillip gets the more nuanced treatment. His proclivities are not depicted with the same slavering obsession that we saw in the Internet addicts of 2008's Gamer; if anything, he's much cooler about his dependence. The most affecting sequence is when Baldwin's detective ticks off the list of what makes up their profile, contrasted with images of Phillip doing everything they thought the killer couldn't: Entertaining at parties, holding court over admirers, satisfying his woman. Yet we see that in social situations he suffers flashes of detachment from reality. His only anchor, it seems, is the lurid digital world of anonymous sex: preening for the faceless masses, and making face-to-face transactions. But without any look into his head, and the trauma that must have preceded his psychopathic behavior, we don't get the whole picture.
The character of Megan McAllister is even more underserved. The fact that she staunchly defended Phillip's innocence even as damning evidence came to light could have been thoughtfully explored, but instead we just see a dope--a young woman who by all accounts should have a bright future in the medical field--consistently making a fool of herself. She takes all of his bizarre actions without question; the most sympathy we dredge up for her is when she confronts Phillip in prison, crying and asking, "What did I do?" In this story, nothing much.
The movie also coasts over how easy it is to blame the women killed--for meeting up with a strange man alone, for peddling erotic services. Again, it's a superficial nod at best. "But this is Lifetime," you argue. "We don't need psychoanalysis." True, but when you straddle the spectrum by offering up a serious base with no frills or follow-through, it's tough for the audience to take anything away from it.

In some ways, this is better than most Lifetime movies--better plotted, better (more serious) approach to the subject matter. But that's a tad disappointing, all the same: True-crime stories are often more fun when deliciously over-the-top.

The first romantic comedy of the year (Catch and Release) hit too many bad notes. The second one (Because I Said So) was so painful to watch that listening to a full concert by William Hung would have been a better way to spend an evening. And now, a mere seven weeks into 2007, Warner Bros Pictures tests the semi-crowded romantic comedy waters with Music and Lyrics. After two stinkeroos, fans of the much-maligned genre finally have reason to stand up and sing.
Hugh Grant stars as Alex Fletcher, a has-been pop singer from a Wham!-ish ‘80s group who earns a living cashing in on his former success by singing at amusement parks, tiny concert venues, and the occasional high school reunion. Alex is actually satisfied with his present state of minor fame, but his business manager/friend (Brad Garrett) knows Alex has still got a few notes left to hit in his career before he’s relegated to the land of pop obscurity.
A surprising opportunity emerges for Alex to regain a little of his prior fame when pop tartlet Cora Corman (Haley Bennett as a Britney clone complete with skimpy outfits and erotic dance moves) proclaims her love for his old songs and wants him to come up with a new tune for her current concert tour. The catch – he’s only got a couple of days to write the song. Further complicating his comeback hopes is the fact he writes music, but not lyrics.
That huge problem is solved when plant lady Sophie Fisher (Drew Barrymore) throws out a few lines while in the process of watering his plants to death. It seems Sophie wanted to be a writer at one point but was persuaded she didn’t have any talent by her college professor (a real slimebag played by non-slimebag Campbell Scott). Alex needs Sophie to put words to his music and, if they can manage to work together without driving each other crazy, there’s a possibility this could be the break both are desperately in need of…
Scott Porter and Hugh Grant in "Music and Lyrics."
Music and Lyrics benefits from charming performances by the ever-dependable romantic comedy veterans Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore. Grant and Barrymore make sweet music together (it’s sappy, but true) in this fluffy, feel-good movie. And for the first time on film we get to watch Hugh Grant dance, sing and play the piano, and surprisingly he does all three fairly well. Just seeing Grant in '80s fashions shaking his butt in a cheesy music video within the film is worth the price of admission.While the age difference between the two leads may be a bit distracting at first, given a chance Music and Lyrics really grows on you. Grant and Barrymore know exactly what audiences expect and both deliver the goods, despite the sometimes silly circumstances they're thrust into by writer/director Marc Lawrence.
Music and Lyrics also features a couple of really strong supporting performances, although the jury's still out on feature film newcomer Bennett. Kristen Johnston as Sophie’s sister/devoted Alex fan steals the show whenever she pops into the picture. Johnston and Barrymore don’t look anything alike, but that’s not the least bit important as that sisterly bond is somehow there. Brad Garrett nails the role of Alex’s friend and agent, grounding the goonyness that sometimes invades the film.
The film’s title is enough to let you know the movie will be full of catchy tunes, in this case supplied by Adam Schlesinger from Fountains of Wayne. I’ve developed a love/hate relationship with the movie’s songs as they pop into my mind at random times and drive me crazy by sticking around long enough to be annoying. Still, the songs are catchy and revisiting the '80s for a couple of hours is tolerable if not totally enjoyable.Music and Lyrics offers a little something for everyone while, of course, playing up to the women who dominate romantic comedy audiences. The chemistry works well between Grant and Barrymore and both seem to be having fun with the material. While Music and Lyrics doesn’t reinvent the romantic comedy wheel (or even move it forward much), it does provide just the right sort of escapist entertainment we’ve come to expect from films of this genre.
